Woodside wants to build a new FIFO camp on the outskirts of Karratha - the Bay Village - to house workers, rather than using existing housing stock in town.
The McGowan Government has the ability to prevent this camp, and The Nationals WA will be putting pressure on them to do so. In fact The Nationals WA oppose any FIFO residential camps being built within a 60km radius of any regional centre.
